This article will provide you with a foundation to research these rights of man.Personal Integrity and Human Dignity: Every person has the right to personal integrity. This includes not being coerced into a medical decision by law enforcement or another individual. Every person has the right to privacy. People have the right to have access to their own body for health care purposes. This right cannot be denied by law enforcement or another individual.Since every person has the r ight to personal integrity, it is also important to understand that the police can not force a person to take medicine against their will. It is also important to understand that an individual has the right to refuse to give blood to a suspect in order to prevent the suspect from being poisoned, robbed, or otherwise abused.The freedom from unreasonable search and seizure: People have the right to have access to their own body for health care purposes. This includes the right to privacy. The Privacy Protection Act of 1984 protects people's privacy against unreasonable search and seizure. There is no legal requirement for an individual to answer questions when arrested for any crime. Additionally, the Fifth Amendment requires that a person may not be compelled to testify against himself.Freedom from unlawful arrest: People have the right to not be arrested unless they are suspected of a crime. Due process is guaranteed to people accused of crimes. The Sixth Amendment requires a speedy trial in criminal cases.Freedom from discrimination: People have the right to not be discriminated against in employment, housing, or public education. This is protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
